Abstract
Problem ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi kako individualne karakteristike ispitanika (demografske i psihološke) utječu na prihvaćanje i korištenje Internet bankarstva. Iz problema istraživanja proizlazi glavni cilj istraživanja, a to je utvrditi demografska obilježja korisnika Internet bankarstva i osoba koje ne koriste Internet bankarstvo. Također, cilj istraživanja je bio ispitati i primjenjivost TAM modela u Splitu. Rezultatima istraživanja utvrđeno je da su korisnici Internet bankarstva mlađe, visoko obrazovane osobe sa većim iskustvom korištenja Interneta. Uz navedeno korisnici Internet bankarstva imaju veća mjesečna primanja dok je razina društvenog utjecaja na njih veća. Radom je potvrđena primjenjivost dva osnovna elementa TAM modela, percipirane jednostavnosti korištenja i percipirane korisnosti, na prihvaćanje Internet bankarstva.
Abstract (english)
The idea of this research was to determine how demographic & psychological characteristics of respondents affect on acceptance and Internet banking usage. From there, the main aim of this research is derived; to determine demographic characteristics of Internet banking users and non users. As well, another aim of the research was to test the applicability of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the city of Split. In the results of the research it is determined that Internet banking users are young, highly educated people with high level of Internet experience. As well, Internet banking users have higher monthly income, whilst the level of social impact on them is higher. Results also confirmed applicability of two base elements of Technology Acceptance Model, Perceived ease-of-use and Perceived usefulness on Internet banking acceptance.
