Abstract
U ovom radu je prikazana analiza položaja žena na tržištu rada. Žene su važan element i pokretač gospodarstva jer upravo one na svijet donose novi život koji s vremenom ulazi na tržište rada i doprinosi hrvatskom gospodarstvu. U Hrvatskoj žene na tržištu rada nailaze na mnoge probleme, ali takvi problemi su izraženi i svugdje u svijetu, negdje više, a negdje manje. Ipak, u radu je prikazana nezaposlenost žena, njihova obrazovna struktura, te sudjelovanje u poduzetništvu. Osim toga, provedeno je anketno istraživanje na uzorku od 120 ispitanika kojim su dokazane postavljene hipoteze. U tom smislu je dokazano kako su žene obrazovanije od muškaraca ali zaposlene na manje plaćenim poslovima, kako se trudnoća negativno odražava na njihov položaj na tržištu rada, kako mnoge žene ulaze u poduzetništvo da bi izgradile svoju poslovnu karijeru, te kako postoji nezadovoljstvo položajem žena na tržištu rada.
Abstract (english)
This paper is an analysis of the situation of women in the labor market. Women are an important element and initiator of the economy, since they give birth to a new life that eventually enter the labor market and contribute to the Croatian economy. In Croatia, women have many problems, but that problems are expressed everywhere in the world, somewhere more and somewhere less. However, the paper presents the unemployment of women, their educational background and involvement in entrepreneurship. In addition, the survey was conducted on a sample of 120 respondents which are proven for the hypotheses. In this sense it is proven that women are more educated than men but employees at lower paying jobs, pregnancy is a negative impact on their position in the labor market, how many women are entering the enterprise in order to build his business career, and that there is dissatisfaction with the position of women in the labor market.
