Abstract
Poslovne banke čine jedan vrlo značajan komponentu u financijskom sustavu cirkulacije novca na širem makroekonomskom aspektu. OTP banka je komercijalna banka koja se bavi općim poslovima kao bankarske i investicijske djelatnosti. OTP banka d.d. četvrta je banka po veličini na hrvatskom bankarskom tržištu s ukupnom aktivom od 43 milijarde kuna. Ulaskom sve više dostupnih informatičkih tehnologija na tržište ima značajan utjecaj na njeno poslovanje i odnos sa okolinom. Interna okolina se mijenja u kontekstu ljudskih resursa i troškova administracije, uprave i poslovanja dok se eksterna okolina mijenja u načinu interakcije OTP banke sa užim i širim okruženjem. Kao što je prethodno navedeno, informacijski sustav OTP banke jedinstven je i razvijen u vlastitom IT odjelu dok se također i koristi programima trećih stranaka (third-party programs). Zaštita podataka jedan je od ključnih stavaka informacijskog sustava OTP banke, zato banka, kako bi se osigurala sigurnost podataka, svaki dan izvodi backup baze podataka i promjena izvršenih na bazi. Backup podataka se izvodi automatski u određeno vrijeme i sprema se na servere - cloud.
Abstract (english)
Commercial banks form one very significant component in the financial system of money circulation on a broader macroeconomic aspect. OTP bank is a commercial bank that deals with general business such as banking and investment activities. OTP banka d.d. it is the fourth largest bank in the Croatian banking market with total assets of HRK 43 billion. With the entry of more and more available information technologies on the market, it has a significant impact on its business and relationship with the environment. The internal environment is changing in the context of human resources and costs of administration, management and operations, while the external environment is changing in the way OTP bank interacts with the narrower and wider environment. As previously mentioned, OTP bank's information system is unique and developed in its own IT department, while it also uses third-party programs. Data protection is one of the key items of OTP bank's information system, which is why the bank, in order to ensure data security, performs database backups and changes made to the database every day. Data backup is performed automatically at a specified time and is stored on servers - cloud.
