Abstract
Adriatic Croatia International Club – ACI dioničko društvo je Hrvatska tvrtka za djelatnost marina. Hrvatska ima ukupno pedeset i šest marina, a od toga ACI kontrolira dvadeset i dvije, što ga čini vodećim lancem marina u Hrvatskoj. U ovom radu izvršena je statistička analiza poslovanja poduzeća ACI d.d. u razdoblju od 2015. do 2020. godine kroz horizontalnu i vertikalnu analizu financijskih izvještaja te putem pokazatelja likvidnosti i profitabilnosti. Financijski izvještaji su glavni izvori podataka o poduzeću i samom poslovanju. Tvrtka ACI sve godine ostvaruje pozitivne financijske rezultate i posluje s velikom uspješnošću. Za vrijeme krize, koja je značajno utjecala na poslovanje poduzeća i donijela visoke rashode, završava 2020. godinu bez gubitaka i s visokom likvidnosti.
Abstract (english)
Adriatic Croatia International Club - ACI joint stock company is a Croatian company for the marina business. Croatia has a total of fifty-six marinas, of which ACI controls twenty-two, making it the leading chain of marinas in Croatia. In this paper, a statistical analysis of the business of ACI d.d. in the period from 2015 to 2020 through horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and through liquidity and profitability indicators. Financial statements are the main sources of information about the company and the business itself. ACI achieves positive financial results all year round and operates with great success. During the crisis, which significantly affected the company's operations and brought high expenses, it ends 2020 without losses and with high liquidity.
