Abstract
Posljednjih godina jedan od najvećih problema u svijetu su klimatske promjene uzrokovane emisijom štetnih plinova. Budući da se većina vozila pokreće na goriva kao što su dizel i benzin, prometni sektor uvelike je uključen u emisije stakleničkih plinova. Kako bi se riješio navedeni problem potrebno je prijeći s konvencionalnih na alternativna goriva. Ovaj rad naglašava važnost prelaska na zeleni javni prijevoz radi smanjenja klimatskih promjena kako bi se osigurala bolja kvaliteta života u gradovima. Prilikom uvođenja zelenog javnog prijevoza od velike važnosti su informacijski sustavi i tehnologija koji imaju važnu ulogu u lociranju i pružanju svih potrebnih informacija o prijevozu koje je potrebno ponuditi svakom putniku. Poznato je da je u Hrvatskoj javni prijevoz neorganiziran i da se koristi stari vozni park koji se velikim dijelom pokreće na konvencionalna goriva. Povodom toga istraženi su ograničavajući faktori uvođenja zelenog javnog prijevoza na temelju kojih je u ISM softveru dobiven hijerarhijski graf koji je ukazao na odnose među faktorima kako bi se olakšalo rješavanje prepreka.
Abstract (english)
One of the greatest world's problems in the past few years has been climate changes enhanced by emissions of polluting gases. Considering that most the vehicles use petrol or diesel, the transport sector is deeply involved in greenhouse gases. Trying to solve these issues, it is crucial to switch from conventional to alternative fuels. This paper emphasizes the importance of green public transport toward climate change reduction and better city life quality. When introducing green public transport, information systems and technologies are of the huge importance, especially in locating and providing all the necessary transport information that needs to be offered to every passenger. Croatian public transport is not so organized and possesses an old vehicle fleet powered by conventional fuels. Regarding to this, the limiting factors of the introduction of green public transport were investigated. Furthermore, using ISM software, a hierarchical graph which indicated the relationships between the factors in order to facilitate the solution of obstacles was proposed.
