Abstract
U ovom završnom radu napravljena je strateška analiza na primjeru poduzeća AD Plastik d.d., najvećeg proizvođača plastičnih automobilskih dijelova u Republici Hrvatskoj, ali i na području cijele Istočne Europe. Provedena je analiza interne okoline uz pomoć analize lanca vrijednosti i analiza eksterne okoline pomoću PEST analize i analize Porterovih pet konkurentskih sila. Nadalje, navedene analize su objedinjenje i sistematizirane u SWOT analizi na kraju rada. Svrha provođenja analize jest procijeniti konkurentsku sposobnost i uspješnost strategije poslovanja poduzeća AD Plastik. Unatoč financijskim gubitcima i smanjenju proizvodnje zbog utjecaja pandemije, poduzeće je poslovnu godinu završilo s dobitkom što ukazuje na sposobnost menadžmenta da iskoristi unutarnje snage i prilike na tržištu kako bi neutraliziralo slabosti i prijetnje.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, strategic analysis is made on the example of the company AD Plastik d.d., the largest manufacturer of plastic automotive parts in the Republic of Croatia and Eastern Europe. An internal environment analysis was performed using chain value analysis, an external environment analysis using PEST analysis, and an analysis of Porter’s five competing forces. Furthermore, these analyzes are pooled and systematized in a SWOT analysis at the end of the paper. Finally, the implementation analysis aims to assess the competitiveness and successful business strategy of AD Plastik. Despite financial losses and declining production due to the impact of the Pandemic, the company ended the business year with a profit indicating the ability of management to leverage internal strengths and market opportunities to neutralize weaknesses and threats.
