Abstract
Analiza financijskih izvješća je postupak kojim se dobiva uvid u poslovanje tvrtke u promatranom razdoblju. Bitna je zbog toga što utječe na odluke menadžmenta, ali i potencijalnih investitora u tvrtku. U prvom dijelu su detaljnije analizirani i opisani parametri koji se koriste u analizi poslovanja. U drugom dijelu rada analizirano je poslovanje tvrtke AD Plastik d.d. Na temelju rezultata analize izvedeni su brojni zaključci. Najvažniji zaključak je da je poduzeće AD Plastik d.d. profitabilna, likvidna i financijski stabilna tvrtka.
Abstract (english)
Analysis of financial reports is procedure which is used to get an insight into business dealings of a company in a certain period of time. It is rather important procedure because not only does it affect the decisions of the management of company, but also affects the decisions of the potential investitors into the company. The parameters, which are use in the analysis of business dealings, are describing more detail in the first part of the thesis. The business dealings of AD Plastik are analysed in the second part of thesis. The numerous conclusions have been made based on the results of analysis. The most important conclusion is that AD Plastik d.d. is a profitable, liquid and financially stable company.
