The main objective of research work was to present how the Ice King enterprise is funtcioning in the real surroundings, what is the exact competition influence and what is the influence of the choosed location in which Ice King enterprise works. Also, the paper wanted to show will it be possible for the enterprise to survive on the market battle in which it has to be taken in consideration all of it is cost including material cost, fixed inputs, labor cost, marketing research and project financial cost. The main focus was the one of the cost that venture brings and those are summarized in tables which present each cost item. By the end the conclusion was that project can be realized successfully, but because is based on the better technology abd cab cause the obstacle for Ice King to become a market leader. Plan is to focus the advertising at the beginning of the project realization, therefore input the maximum efforts in advertising through media (radio, tv, Internet). That should be the trigger for potential customers which are numerous in this area. The product which will be presented on the market must be consisted of the maximum quality because in theory part of research is shown that product is the main part of the whole project. If the quality product is missing the other parts of 4P concept cannot succed also such as (promotion and distribution). On the other hand product consisted of the maximum quality, strong promotion efforts are not as much important and necessary and also the cot in all segment will not be as much as high.
