Abstract
U radu su prikazana teorijska i empirijska istraživanja na području web analitike hotelskih poduzeća. Prati se konkretan primjer izrade web stranice hotelskog poduzeća od utvrđivanja problema s postojećom web stranicom pomoću alata za web analitiku, preko planiranja, istraživanja, implementacije te praćenja uspješnosti rezultata nove web stranice. Na osnovu utvrđenog problema pomoću web analitike, pristupa se procesu rudarenja podataka s konkurentskih web stranica kako bi se dobio prijedlog modela nove web stranice. Nakon implementacije nove web stranice provodi se usporedba dobivenih rezultata i procjena uspješnosti nove web stranice.
Abstract (english)
This thesis is representing theoretical and empirical researches in domain of hotel website analytics. Object of research is design and implementation of new hotel website from problem locating with current website, followed by planning , researching, implementing and controlling the newly implemented site. Based on located problem, data mining of competitors websites is taken. Results of data mining gave a model that will be base for designing of new website. After the implementation of new website, statistics were tracked and the estimates of results has been made.
