Abstract
Poslovni plan predstavlja jednu od najvažnijih determinanti u današnjem svijetu poduzetništva. Pokret u neki poslovni pothvat bez poslovnog plana je nezamisliv. A jedna od ključnih stvari jest prepoznati pravu priliku na tržištu kada se ona ukaže. Konkretno u ovom slučaju to predstavlja potpuno neiskorišteni prostor prodajnog centra „Koteks“ skoro u samoj jezgri grada Splita. U ovom radu se prikazao kratki poslovni plan kojim se ispitalo da li se isplati ulaganje u otvaranje fitness centra. Prikazani su potencijalni prihodi od poslovanja i procijenjeni troškovi. Također, u projekcije se uračunalo i troškovi nabavke opreme, amortizacija i plan otplate kredita potrebnog za financiranje poslovnog pothvata. Došlo se do zaključka da je poslovni plan otvaranja fitness centra isplativ i da se može krenuti u realizaciju posla.
Abstract (english)
Business presents one of the most important determinant of today's world of entrepreneurship. To set off in some enterprise without business plan is unthinkable. And one of the key things is to recognize the right chance on the market when it demonstrates itself. In this case that presents unused space of shopping center „Koteks“, almost in the center of city Split. This paper has shown short business plan in which was questioned is profitable to invest in fitness center. Case presents potential income and expenses. Also, it was taken in consideration cost of equipment, amortization and payment plan of loan taken to finance this business enterprise. It has been concluded that the venture of opening fitness center is justified,
