Abstract
U završnom radu su prikazani načini kako se provode procesi regrutiranja i selekcije te kako se dolazi do potrebnih informacija nužnih za kvalitetan odabir zaposlenika. U prvom dijelu ovog rada, uvodu, navedeni su cilj, problem i metode koji su se koristile prilikom izrade ovog rada. U teorijskom dijelu, razjašnjeni su osnovni pojmovi koji se koriste u menadžmentu ljudskih resursa te ujedno i procesu regrutiranja i selekcije. Na teorijski dio stavljen je poseban naglasak jer je on iznimno važan u izgradnji poduzeća. Također u teorijskom dijelu napisano je općenito o vrstama regrutacije i selekcije koje poduzeća koriste kako bi privukle i izabrale najkvalitetnije kandidate. Vrlo je bitno posvetiti dovoljno pažnje tom dijelu, te dovoljno ulagati u zaposlenike jer će se to poduzeću u konačnici isplatiti te će imati puno više šanse za ostvarenje prednosti pred konkurencijom. Na samom početku trećeg dijela date su općenite informacije o Radisson Blu Resortu. U Trećem dijelu rada je prethodno spomenuta teorija prikazana na primjeru Radisson Blu Resorta u Splitu, te su dati primjeri na koji način se vrše procesi regrutiranja i selekcije. Prikazani su primjeri oglasa u kojim Radisson Blu Resort daje do znanja kandidatima da traži nove zaposlenike, te je objašnjeno kako se od svih prijavljenih kandidata odabiru najkvalitetniji. Slijedi zaključak te spoznaje do kojih se došlo prilikom istraživanja djelovanja regrutiranja i selekcije u Radisson Blu Resortu u Splitu. Nakon zaključka navedena je korištena literatura, popis slika i tablica te sažetak i summary.

The final paper presents the ways how to implement processes recruitment and selection, and how to come up with the necessary information required for a quality selection of employees. In the first part of this work, the introduction, we are inform with problem, targets and methods that were used in this work. In the theoretical part are explained the basic terms used in the management of human resources, and also the process of recruitment and selection. Theoretical part is extremely important in construction company. Also in the theoretical part is generally written about the types of recruitment and selection, which companies use to attract and chose the best candidates. It is very important to devote enough attention to this part, and to invest in the employees because it will ultimately pay off, and company will have a lot more chances to achieve a competitive edge. At the beginning of the third part are given general information about Radisson Blu Resort. In the third part the previously mentioned theory is shown on the example of the Radisson Blu Resort in Split, and there are examples of how to perform the processes of recruitment and selection. Also we can see some examples of ads in which Radisson Blu Resort makes it clear that they are looking for new employees, and explained how of all the candidates, choosing the best. In the conclusion we are familiar with findings that were obtained during the exploration activities of recruitment and selection in the Radisson Blu Resort in Split. After the conclusion cited was used literature, list of pictures, tables and summary.
