Abstract | Poslovanje u današnjici karakteriziraju učestale promjene i neočekivane okolnosti, a nositi se s time nije lako. Svako poduzeće teži ostvarenju ciljeva, postizanju dobiti te odražavanju uspjeha, a pri tome treba istaknuti ulogu i važnost raspolaganja stručnim, obrazovanim i kvalitetnim kadrom, koji će omogućiti da se to i postigne. Ljudski kapital sam po sebi ne predstavlja resurs za poduzeće, ali je isto tako i neizostavan dio bilo kojeg poduzeća i uloga ljudskih resursa sve je važnija. Vještine zaposlenika, njihovo znanje, obrazovanje i kompetencije, sve to predstavlja konkurentsku prednost poduzeća naspram drugih. Kako bi ta prednost bila konstantna ili još i veća, važno je ulagati u ljudske resurse, odnosno važno je prepoznati važnost ulaganja u obrazovanje zaposlenika, nagrađivanje i unapređivanje zaposlenika, zapošljavanje kvalitetnih kadrova, uključivanje zaposlenika u proces donošenja odluka, povećanje odgovornosti, itd. Sve ove aktivnosti važne su kako bi zaposlenici ostali motivirani jer jedino takvi mogu biti apsolutno učinkoviti za poduzeće. Poduzeća koja su prepoznala važnost ljudskih resursa i konstantnog ulaganja u zaposlenike, daleko su uspješnija od onih poduzeća kojima su zaposlenici tek jedan od resursa u poduzeću. Važnost upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima i ulaganja u njihovu edukaciju i usavršavanje prepoznato je u poduzeću Pik d.d. te prikazano kroz ovaj seminar. |
Abstract (english) | Business in the present is characterized by frequent changes and unexpected circumstances, and to deal with it is not easy. Every company aspires to achieve the goals, profit and ongoing success, and there is importance of having qualified, educated and quality staff, which will allow you to achieve that. Human capital does not represent a resource for the company, but is also an essential part of any company and the role of human resources is increasingly important. Employee skills, their knowledge, training and competence, all of this represents a competitive advantage over other companies. To the advantage of the constant or even higher, it is important to invest in human resources, and it is important to recognize the importance of investing in the education of employees, remuneration and promotion of employees, recruiting quality staff, employee involvement in decision-making, increase accountability, and so on. All these activities are important to help employees stay motivated because only such can be absolutely effective for the company. Companies that have recognized the importance of human resources and continuous investment in employees, are far more successful than those companies where employees are just one of the resources of the company. The importance of human resource management and investing in their education and training is recognized in the company PIK d.d. and shown through this seminar. |
