Abstract
Mnoga istraživanja pokazuju značaj energetskog sektora za razvoj gospodarstva. Iako nisu sva istraživanja uspjela dokazati svoje hipoteze, činjenica je da je energija neophodna svakoj državi, kao i to da gospodarstvo nekih zemalja i ovisi o tom sektoru. RH je postrožila regulaciju energetskog sektora, te osnovala HERA-u, agenciju koja se bavi reguliranje energetskih djelatnosti, a osnovana je stupanjem Zakona o regulaciji energetskih djelatnosti. Postoji više načina za reguliranje energetskog sektora, a država to čini putem propisa, odnosno Zakona, Pravilnika, Strategija i tome slično. Zakon o energiji i Zakon o regulaciji energetskih djelatnosti su među važnijim zakonima.
Abstract (english)
Many studies has shown the importance of the energy sector for the development of the economy. Although not all the research has been able to prove its hypothesis, the fact is that energy is indispensable to any country, as well as the economy of some countries and depends on that sector. The Republic of Croatia has stepped up the regulation of the energy sector, and established the HERA, an agency dealing with regulating energy activities, and was established by the entry into force of the Law on Regulation of Energy Activities. There are several ways to regulate the energy sector, and the state does it through regulations, that is, the Law, the Ordinance, the Strategy and so on. The Energy Act and the Law on Regulation of Energy Activities are among the most important laws.
