Abstract
Dinamično i sve složenije poslovanje u suvremenom svijetu utječe na promjenu ponašanja i strukturu troškova u svakom poduzeću. S obzirom na to, postoji potreba preciznijeg definiranja troškova i njihovog povezivanja s resursima u cilju povećanja konkurentnosti i dobiti. U radu se obrađuje tematika obračuna troškova po ABC metodi, kao najpoznatijem i najpreciznijem načinu obračuna troškova. U fokusu analize su mikropoduzeća kao jedan od najvažnijih generatora rasta svake privrede, a autor kroz analizu konkretnog poduzeća prikazuje pozitivne učinke koje implementacija ABC metode donosi. Također, dani su odgovori na pitanja vezana uz kvalitetniju alokaciju troškova, povezanost resursa poduzeća i troškova te pomaže li ABC metoda u sveukupnom poboljšanju poslovanja analiziranog poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Dynamic and increasingly complex business in the contemporary world affects changing behavior and cost structure in every company. Given this, there is a need for a more precise definition of costs and their linkage to resources in order to increase competitiveness and profitability. This paper deals with the ABC calculation methodology as the most valuable and most cost-effective way of calculating costs. The focus of the analysis is micro-enterprise as one of the most important growth generators of every economy, the author analyzes the concrete effects of the ABC method in the company's analysis. Also, answers are given to issues related to higher cost allocation, enterprise resource and cost implications, and help ABC method in overall improvement of business performance of the analyzed enterprise.
