Abstract
U ovom radu definirao se problem poticane stanogradnje, odnosno analizirali smo uvjete koji se nude na hrvatskom tržištu financija što se tiče kreditiranja od strane banaka. Poticana stanogradnja je u Hrvatskoj zaživjela prije desetak godina te je u posljednje vrijeme došlo do njezinog izražaja. Takva vrsta stanogradnje daje priliku mladim obiteljima da kupe stan po jeftinijoj varijanti od one tržišne, za koju realno nemaju novaca. Na ovakav način država sufinancira izgradnju stanova kako bi spriječila odlazak mladih obitelji izvan države, ali i poboljšavanje socijalnog statusa. Na kraju rada smo kroz uvjete kreditiranja četiri banke prikazali uvjete koje oni nude te izračunali kredite kako bi oni u praksi zapravo izgledali kada bi se prihvatili.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the problem of stimulated housing construction was defined, ie we analyzed the conditions offered on the Croatian market of finance in terms of lending by banks. Encouraged housing construction has come to life in Croatia a decade ago and has recently come to its resemblance. Such a type of housing construction gives younger families the opportunity to buy an apartment at a cheaper option than a market one, for which they really do not have money. In this way, the state co-finances the construction of apartments to prevent the departure of young families outside the state, as well as improving the social status. At the end of the work, through the terms and conditions of lending, the four banks showed the conditions they offer and calculated the loans so that in practice they would actually look when they accepted.
