Abstract
S obzirom na brojne specifičnosti u poslovanju turističkih agencija koje nude adrenalinske usluge, njihova osjetljivost na krizne situacije veća je u odnosu na ostale djelatnosti. Pojam krize i rizika direktno je uključen u ponudu adrenalinskog turizma, te je samim time izloženost krizama i katastrofama učestaliji. Zbog toga upravljanje kriznim situacijama, odnosno krizni menadžment, mora zauzimati značajnu ulogu u poslovanju turističkih subjekata. Za potrebe rada najprije je obrađen teorijski dio u kojem su navedene temeljne odrednice poslovanja u adrenalinskom turizmu, objašnjeni su pojmovi krize i kriznog menadžmenta u međunarodnom turizmu te je naglašena važnost upravljanja kriznim situacijama u industriji adrenalinskog turizma. U empirijskom dijelu rada provedeno je istraživanje na uzorku od 40 ispitanika, voditelja turističkih agencija koje nude usluge adrenalinskog karaktera sa područja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije u cilju prikupljanja podataka o pristupu voditelja agencija prema kriznim situacijama. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su zadovoljavajući pristup voditelja ovoj tematici što implicira na zaključak kako je svijest o postojanju kriznih situacija i važnosti kriznog menadžmenta prisutna među voditeljima agencija.
Abstract (english)
The terms such are crisis and risk, are directly involved in the offers of adrenaline tourism, and as such, exposure to crises and disasters is more frequent. Therefore crisis management must play a significat role in the business of tourism entities. For the purpose of this thesis, the theoretical part explaining the basics of business model of adrenaline tourism has been elaborated. It explains as well, the concept of crisis and crises management in the international tourism with emphasis on the importance of risk management. Empirical part of this thesis, with the aim of collecting data related to behavior of tourist agencies managers in crises situation, includes survey conducted on a sample of 40 respondents, managers of tourist agencies, offering adrenaline type of services in the area of Split- Dalmatia County. The results of the survey showed a satisfactory approach to this theme. According to the results of the survey, managers of tourist agencies are aware of crises situation existence, as well as importance of crises management.
