Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je prikazati strukturu i porezno opterećenje malog poduzeća u poreznom sustavu RH. Detaljno se prikazuje kompletan porezni sustav, njegova podjela te definicije poreza općenito. Također se definiraju i obilježja mikro, malog te velikog poduzetnika. Nadalje se na konkretnom primjeru prikazuje krvna slika jednog malog poduzeća te kako ono 'diše u raljama' mnogobrojnih poreznih opterećenja. Naposljetku se donosi zaključak sa završnim tezama te subjektivno mišljenje autora o temi i konkluzijama ovog rada.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this reserch is to show the structure and tax burden of a small enterprise in the tax system of the Republic of Croatia. The complete tax system, its distribution and the definition of tax in general are preseted in detail. The characteristics of micro, small and large entrepreneurs are also defined. Furthermore, in the cocrete example, the blood picture of a small company and how it 'breathes in the jaws' of multiple tax burdens. Finally, the conclusion is reached with the final thesis and the subjective opinion of the author on the topic and conclusions of this paper.
