Abstract
Nejednakost žena dugo vremena je aktualno pitanje i problem bez obzira na toliki napredak društva i tehnologije. Posljedice nejednakosti žena kroz povijest ostavile su dubok trag i štetu jer su se u obliku stereotipa ukorijenile u kulturu i društvo te narušile vlastite stavove o mogućnostima kod žena. Žene tako u svijetu poduzetništva bivaju marginalizirane. Trendovi sve veće uključenosti žena u poduzetničke vode te prihvaćanje žena u poslovnom svijetu su prisutni i odlikuje ih pozitivan smjer. Hrvatska je u odnosu na zemlje EU ipak nešto slabija po pitanju osiguranja preduvjeta razvoja poduzetništva u žena. Ključni aspekti za povećanje udjela žena u poslovnom svijetu i u pokretanju vlastitih poduzetničkih ideja je u osiguranju ravnopravnosti, informacija, pristupa poticajima i izvorima financiranja te otklanjanje stereotipa u društvu. Na institucijama je da suradnjom s Vladom osiguraju nužnu infrastrukturu i preduvjete razvoja poduzetništva žena.
Abstract (english)
Women's inequality, during a long time, is the current issue and the problem, despite so much progress in society and technology. The consequences of women's inequality throughout history have left a profound trace and damage because they have been rooted in culture and society in the form of stereotypes and distorted attitudes about women abilities and opportunities. Women in the world of entrepreneurship are marginalized. Trends of increasing involvement of women in entrepreneurial world and the acceptance of women in the business world are present but still not enough to start new business relations when it comes to women. Croatia is weaker than the EU countries (more developed economies) in terms of ensuring preconditions for women entrepreneurship development. Key aspects for increasing the share of women in the business world and launching their own entrepreneurial ideas is to ensure equality, information, access to incentives and sources of funding, and eliminating stereotypes in society. Institutions in cooperation with the Government need to provide the necessary infrastructure and prerequisites for the development of women entrepreneurship.
