Abstract
Pomoću „Du Pont“ sustava pokazatelja, kao glavnu temu, ovaj rad analizira poslovanje poduzeća „dm – drogerie markt“ d.o.o., kroz dva obračunska razdoblja prethodnih godina 2015. i 2016. i uspoređuje isto s poslovanjima istog razdoblja još tri usporediva poduzeća: „ROSSMANN Magyarorszag Kereskedelmi, „The Beauty Bell Chain SL“ i „Elco“. Kao bazu za analizu, ono utvrđuje točno financijsko stanje svih poduzeća u promatranom razdoblju (od kojih samo „dm“ posluje u Hrvatskoj a svi ostali u „EU“ okruženju) na točnim podacima financijskih izvještaja dotičnih poduzeća prije svega bilance i računu dobiti i gubitka. Na temelju ovih podataka provedena je i točna analiza uspješnosti svakoga od njih, koje se je onda međusobno uspoređivalo. Zaključno je isto utvrđeno, koje je poduzeće u kojem segmentu (i u cjelini) najbolje poslovalo. Za izračun ovih pokazatelja koristilo se je formulama „Du Pont“ sustava pokazatelja „ROA“, i „ROE“. Iste su također korištene i za projektiranje i sugestije poslovanja u budućim razdobljima poslovanja za svakoga od njih posebno, a sve u cilju, kako bi ta buduća razdoblja poslovanja poručila još bolje poslovne rezultate. Cilj i predmet je dakle bilo, prikazati jednostavnost i efikasnost korištenja tehnika „DuPont“ sustav pokazatelja koji je jedan od najzastupljenijih i najuvjerljivijih u rezultatima i koji najbolje pokazuje rentabilnost, odnosno, profitabilnost poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
With help of "Du Pont" indicator system, as the main topic, this graduate thesis analize business operations of the company "dm - drogerie markt d.o.o" through two billing periods of the previous years 2015 and 2016, and compares the same period of business with three other comparable companies: „ROSSMANN Magyarorszag Kereskedelmi, „The Beauty Bell Chain SL“ and „Elco“. As a basis for the analysis, this paper establishes the exact financial condition of these companies in the observed period (of which only dm operates in Croatia and everyone else in the "EU" environment) on the exact financial statements of the companies concerned above all: the balance sheet and profit and loss account. Based on these data, a correct analysis of the success of each of them was carried out, and then compared them with each other. In conclusion I determined which company - in which segment - best performed. For the calculation of these indicators, it will be used the "Du Pont" formula of the "ROA", and "ROE" system. The same were used for designing and business suggestions for future business periods for each individually, all in order for those future business periods to bring better results. The aim and object was therefore to: demonstrate the simplicity and efficiency of using the DuPont technique of an indicator system which is one of the most prominent and most credible in the results, showing the profitability of the business.
