Abstract
Poslovanje trgovačkih lanaca može se definirati kao dinamično i promjenjivo, svaki novi trgovački lanac na tržištu preko svojih prodavaonica nudi nešto novo, odnosno povoljnije proizvode i usluge, time ostvaruju sve veći udio na tržištu, te povećavaju svoj vlastiti profit. U radu je definirano; teorijski i pojmovno što je analiza i zašto su važni financijski izvještaji te na osnovu toga analizirana je uspješnost samih trgovačkih lanaca na području Republike Hrvatske. Također istraživanje je iskazano i brojčanim podatcima, odnosno predočenjem dobivenih rezultata što se tiče poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Business chains can be defined as dynamically and flexibly, each new merchant market on the market through its stores offers something new or better products and services, thereby gaining an increasing share in the market and increasing its own profit. In this paper is defined; theoretically and conceptually, what is the analysis and why the financial statements are important and analyzing the success of the trade chains on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Also in the paper is presented research with numerical data, ie by showing the results obtained in terms of business.
