Abstract
Poslovanje određenog društva analizira se poslovanja na temelju onog što je ostvareno u prethodnim razdobljima, a kako bi se mogli planirati planovi za budućnost. Fokus ovog završnog rada stavljen je na financijsku analizu poslovanja koja u širem smislu proučava sve elemente unutar financijskih tržišta. Koristeći relevantne podatke financijskih izvještaja društva Forma dom j.d.o.o. ispituju se oni bitni pokazatelji poslovanja kako bi se spoznalo koliko je zapravo društvo financijski zdravo, ali i s ciljem dobivanja uvida o njemu samom. Korišteni pokazatelji su pokazatelji likvidnosti, zaduženosti, ekonomičnosti i profitabilnosti. Iako svaki pokazatelj ima svoje značenje, kada se govori o sigurnosti poslovanja najvažniji su pokazatelji likvidnosti i zaduženosti. Njihovo značenje dobiva na važnosti ukoliko se uspoređuju s određenom standardnim veličinama koje mogu uključivati planove, usporedbu u određenom razdoblju ili sa sličnim poduzećima.
Abstract (english)
The business of a particular company is analyzed on the basis of what has been achieved in previous periods, so that plans for the future can be planned. The focus of this final work is on the financial analysis of business, which broadly examines all the elements within the financial market. Using the relevant financial information of the company Forma dom j.d.o.o. those essential business indicators are being examined to find out how much society is actually financially healthy, but also to gain insight into it itself. We used indicators of liquidity, indebtedness, cost-effectiveness and profitability. Although each indicator has its own meaning, when it comes to business security, the most important indicators of liquidity and indebtedness are. Their significance gains importance if compared to certain standard sizes that may include plans, comparison at a certain time, or similar companies.
