The aim of research in this master's thesis is to examine determinants of entrepreneurial intentions of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Split by creating and testing conceptual model of influence of self-efficacy, social norms, attitudes towards behavior, needs for achievement, education, role models and propensity towards risk on entrepreneurial intention. The sample includes students at all levels of study programme. The primary data was collected through an online questionnaire and analysed by implementing correlation, multiple regression and structural equation modeling (SEM). Correlation analysis shows that a higher degree of entrepreneurial intent can be expected with the growth of all the mentioned variables. Structural equation modeling and multiple regression analysis results shows positive impact of attitudes toward behavior and propensity towards risk on entrepreneurial intention, which contributes to the development of entrepreneurial intentions theory. The contribution of the research is reflected in defining potential starting point for the development of student's entrepreneurial intentions, with the consequence of increasing general entrepreneurial activity. Limitations of the research are present in size of the sample (N = 160). Recommendations for further research include examining the median effect of factors from Ajzen's model, conducting surveys on a larger sample, and comparing the results of respondents from different universities, regions, etc.
