Abstract
U ovom radu se analiziraju funkcije, ciljevi i instrumenti fiskalne politike te konkurentnost domaće proizvodnje. Cilj ovoga rada je analizirati utjecaj kojeg fiskalni sustav i fiskalna politika kroz fiskalne poticaje, potpore i poreznu konkurenciju imaju na konkurentnost domaće proizvodnje i gospodarstva Republike Hrvatske. Pri provođenju testiranja koristi se programski paket SPSS. Analizom varijabli pomoću SPSS programa dolazi se do zaključka da se prihvaća alternativna hipoteza postavljena na početku rada, odnosno program i analiza pokazuju da svako povećanje jedne od nezavisnih varijabli utječe na promjenu BDP-a. Iz konačnog regresijskog modela vidljivo je da svaka nezavisna varijabla pozitivno utječe na rast BDP-a.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyses functions, objectives and instruments of fiscal policy and competitiveness of domestic production. Purpose of this paper is to analyse impact of fiscal system and fiscal policy through fiscal stimulation, support and tax competition which it has on domestic production and economy of Republic of Croatia. During testing, SPSS program is used. Analyzing variables using the SPSS program comes to the conclusion that the alternative hypothesis set at the beginning of the work is accepted, regarding the program and analysis show that any increase in one of the independent variables affects the change in GDP. From the final regression model, it is evident that each independent variable has a positive impact on GDP growth.
