Abstract
Analiza financijskih izvještaja vrlo je vaţna kako za interne tako i za vanjske korisnike financijskih izvještaja kojima će kvalitetne financijske informacije biti podloga poslovnom odluĉivanju i upravljanju. Cilj ovog istraţivanja bio je analizirati godišnja financijska izvješća poduzeća Ledo d.d. kako bi se utvrdio financijski poloţaj i uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća. Obuhvaćeno je razdoblje poslovanja od 2013. do 2016. godine. Provedenom analizom moţe se zakljuĉiti kako je većina stavki bilance u konstantnom padu od 2013. godine. Poduzeće je do 2015. godine ostvarivalo dobit, meĊutim 2016. ostvaren je gubitak. Analizom je utvrĊeno da poduzeće ima problema s likvidnošću, posebno tijekom 2016. godine. TakoĊer, rastu obveze poduzeća te cjelokupna zaduţenost poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Analysis of financial statements is very important for both internal and external users. They use financial statements as a base during business decisions and menagement. The main aim of this researsch was to analyze the annual financial statements of Ledo d.d. in order to determine financial position and efficacy of this company. The period that was taken in consideration is from 2013 to 2016. With conducted analysis it can be assumed that most of the balance sheet items are in constant fall from 2013. Also, the comapny was making profit till 2015, but in 2016 there was a loss. Based on the analysis, the conclusion can be made that the company has liquidity problem, especially during 2016. There was also noted that corporate liabilities grow and with them total indebtedness.
