Abstract
Charter kao djelatnost je iznajmljivanje plovila sa ili bez posade i pružanje usluge smještaja na plovilu u unutarnjim morskim vodama i teritorijalnom moru Republike Hrvatske sukladno posebnom propisu kojim je regulirano pružanje usluga u nautičkom turizmu. Charter djelatnost se posljednjih godina intenzivno razvija na području Hrvatske, a ponajviše Splitsko-dalmatinske županije koja ima sve predispozicije za razvoj ovakvog oblika turizma. Danas na svom području broji preko tisuću plovila u charteru unutar osam charter marina. Marine s najviše charter plovila su marina Baotić i Kaštela preko dvjesto plovila, a za njima ne zaostaju ni dvije marine u Trogiru ACI Trogir i Marina Trogir te ACI Split. U razvoju i širenju chartera je i marina Agana, dok marina Lav pruža luksuzni charter sa cjelokupnom uslugom u skladu sa luksuznih pet zvjezdica.
Abstract (english)
Charter is act of hiring a ship with or without crew and providing an acommodation in the ship in the inland sea water and teritorial sea of Republic Croatia according to the special regulation which regulates the rules of providing service in nautical tourism. Charter activities started growing intensively in the last fey years in Croatia, especially in Splitsko-dalmatinska region which has all conditions needed for the growth of this type of tourism. Today, in this area there are more than thousand ships located inside eight charter marinas. Marinas with the highest numbers of ships are marina Baotic and Kastela (over two thousand ships), followed by two marinas in Trogir, ACI Trogir and Marina Trogir and ACI Split. Currently in the fase of growth and expansion of charter is marina Agana while marina Lav is providing a top class charter service with full package according to the five star service.
