Abstract
Glavna problematika rada je analiza outsourcing procesa i rizika na primjeru charter djelatnosti te uvid u strukturu outsourcinga i rizika na primjeru dviju tvrtki charter djelatnosti nad kojima je provedeno istraživanje. Cilj ovog rada jest utvrditi ulogu i značaj outsourcinga na primjeru charter djelatnosti, analizirati rizike u procesu outsourcinga te shodno razmatranom dati smjernice daljnjeg djelovanja. Analizom istraživanja, prikazano je koliko je značajan outsourcing u charter djelatnosti, te na koji način tvrtke u realnom sektoru koriste outsourcing. Outsourcing je od ključne važnosti za poslovanje tvrtki, jer im uvelike pomaže da se fokusiraju na glavnu djelatnost te kontrolu troškova, što su primarni ciljevi tvrtkama u ovoj djelatnosti. Outsourcing utječe na poslovne performanse tvrtke te se smatra opravdanim razlogom za poslovanje zbog oportunitetnog troška, a broj i raznolikost kadra utječe na količinu i učestalost outsourcanja. Također, bitan čimbenik outsourcinga je i to da tvrtka kupac pronađe kvalitetnog i pouzdanog dobavljača koji će obaviti posao u skladu s dogovorom kako bi se izbjegli potencijalni rizici i ugrozila isporuka dobara krajnjim korisnicima. Na kraju rada pruža se uvid u potencijalne prijedloge za praksu te zaključna razmatranja.
Abstract (english)
The main research of the paper is based on the analysis of outsourcing process and risks on the example of the charter industry and insights into the outsourcing structure and risks in the context of two selected companies. The aim of this paper is to identify the role and importance of outsourcing, analyse the risks in the outsourcing process and to provide guidance for further actions. The analysis of the research indicated the significance of outsourcing in the charter industry and its usage in the real sector. Outsourcing represents the significant key factor for the company’s businesses, as it greatly helps company to focus on its core business, cost control, and primary goals. Outsourcing affects the business performance of the company and with respect to the opportunity cost it is considered to be a justifiable reason for businesses, this affecting the outsourcing quantity and frequency. In addition, an important outsourcing factor for the buyer company is to find reliable supplier in order to avoid the potential risks and endangerment of the goods’ delivery to end users. The end of the paper provides the insights into potential practice proposals and the concluding considerations.
