The goal of this research paper is to investigate the impact of informatization on overall student’s satisfaction with education. In the first part of the paper, in addition to the research problem, the goals, methods and contribution to the research are defined. The goals of the paper were to define the concept of informatization and to investigate the impact of informatization on overall student satisfaction, to investigate how informatization of teaching and extracurricular activities affects overall student satisfaction, and to draw a conclusion on the impact of informatization on overall student satisfaction. The study was conducted on a sample of sixty-one respondents belonging to the University of Split. The second chapter of the paper was used to define the marketing importance of consumer satisfaction where a division of consumer satisfaction into sectors (profit and non-profit sectors) was made. After this chapter, the concept of education and its relevance to man and society are explained, along with the degrees of education in the Republic of Croatia. The next chapter defines the concepts of information, information technology, and informatization, and explains the importance of informatization of educational institutions. Chapter Five is a chapter in which the data collected through the questionnaire are presented and interpreted. Based on the questionnaire, a conclusion is reached on the impact of informatization on student satisfaction. According to the results, it was concluded that informatization has a positive effect on increasing overall student satisfaction.
