Abstract
Inovacija je primjena nove i poboljšane ideje, postupka, dobra, usluge ili procesa koji donosi nove koristi ili kvalitetu u primjeni. Inovacije u širem smislu donose poboljšanja u području konstrukcije proizvoda (tehnološke inovacije), inovacija procesa, organizacije rada ili poslovanja, marketinga, inovacije usluga i dr. Okruženi žestokom konkurencijom i zasićenim tržištem kompanije koje ne inoviraju, stagniraju, a stagnacija je uvod u odumiranje. U širem smislu riječi, inovacija je svaki... More zahvat kojim se smanjuju inputi, tj. troškovi proizvodnje i administracije, povećava produktivnost ili korištenje opreme ili vremena, poboljšava kvalitetu proizvoda ili usluga, povećava sigurnost, odnosno svaka mjera koja vodi ka porastu konkurentnosti. Posvećivanje sve više pažnje inovativnosti – sposobnosti transformacije ideje u korisne pronalaske odnosno proizvode – govori da je nastupio period u kojem inovativnost treba sagledati sa svih aspekata. Primjer tvrtke P&G ukazuje na važnost inovacija. Njihova dugovječnost, ali i dobri financijski pokazatelji rezultat su uspješnog provođenja inovacija. Svjesni su turbulentnog okruženja, opasne konkurencije, sve zahtjevnijih potrošača te vide inovacije kao rješenje tih prepreka. Innovation is the application of a new and improved idea, process, good, service or process that brings new benefits or quality to the application. Innovations in the broader sense bring improvements in the field of product design (technological innovation), innovation in the process, organization of work or business, marketing, service innovation. Surrounded by fierce competition and a saturated market of companies that do not innovate, stagnate, stagnation is an introduction to business... More cessation. In the broader sense, innovation is every effort to reduce input, ie. production and administrative costs, increase productivity or use equipment or time, improve product or service quality, increase security or increase competitiveness. Their longevity, as well as good financial indicators, are the result of successful innovation.
