Abstract
Dugoročno očuvanje konkurentske pozicije više nije moguće bez upravljanja kvalitetom. Zagovornici upravljanja kvalitetom navode da sustavno upravljanje kvalitetom dovodi do smanjenja troškova i povećanja dobiti, što je i cilj svakog poduzeća. Računovodstvo troškova kvalitete dio je računovodstva organizacije. Mogu ga implementirati samo ona poduzeća koja upravljaju kvalitetom, no ono nije zakonska obveza. Rezultati navedene analize pokazuju da uspostava i provođenje računovodstva troškova kvalitete u organizaciji pomažu u smanjenju proizvodnje nekvalitetnih proizvoda i povećanja ukupnog prihoda poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Long-term competitiveness cannot be achieved without quality management. Quality management advocates say that quality management systems lead to a reduction in costs and an increase in profits, which is every company’s goal. Quality costing is part of the company’s accounting system. This can only be implemented by companies that have active quality management systems in place; however, it is not a legal obligation. The analysis results show that establishing and implementing quality costing helps in reducing the production of low quality products and increases company's total earnings.
