Abstract
Svi žele osjetiti sigurnost da, ako nešto pođe po zlu, imaju jamstvo da će im netko pomoći. To je ujedno i jedan od razloga zašto postoje osiguravajuća društva. U ovom radu prikazana je analiza osiguravajućeg društva Croatia osiguranje d.d. kroz prikaz cijena povlaštenih i redovnih dionica te pokazatelja profitabilnosti i ekonomičnosti. Podloga za prikaz kretanja cijena dionica i za izvođenje izračuna su financijski izvještaji i podaci s burze. Temeljnom provedbom istraživačkih pitanja o društvu Croatia osiguranje d.d. izneseni su zaključci o stanju i uspješnosti Društva. Za dobivanje potpune slike financiranja Društva u radu su još prikazani struktura kapitala, izračun pokazatelja zaduženosti, korisnosti financiranja povlaštenim dionicama te potpuna slika uspješnosti poslovanja. Croatia osiguranje je društvo s najvećim udjelom i zarađenom premijom na tržištu osiguranja.
Abstract (english)
Everyone wants to feel confident that if something goes wrong, they will have a guarantee that someone will help them. This is one of the reasons why insurance companies exist. This paper presents an analysis of Croatia osiguranje d.d. by displaying the prices of preferred and ordinary shares and the indicators of profitability and economy. The basis for presenting stock price movements and for performing the calculations are financial statements and stock market data. By thoroughly conducting research questions about Croatia osiguranje d.d. the conclusions on the state and performance of the Company were presented. In order to obtain a complete picture of the Company's financing, the paper presents the structure of capital, the calculation of debt indicators, the usefulness of financing preference shares, and the complete picture of business performance. Croatia osiguranje is the company with the highest share and earned premium in the insurance market.
