Abstract
U ovom završnom radu je izvršena analiza procesa izrade poslovnog plana. Također, dan je i primjer poslovnog plana i prikazan je dijagram aktivnosti. Poslovni plan je dokument koji sadrži razrađenu analizu o ulaganju u neki posao, analizu o budućim rezultatima poslovanja i analizu o mogućim rješenjima za rizične situacije. Svrha svakog poslovnog plana je da pomogne vlasnicima, menadžerima i poduzetncima da objasne svoju viziju i da se usredotoče na bitne djelove vizije kako bi istražili... More sadašnje stanje i procjenili mogućnosti za daljnji razvoj. Poslovni plan također služi za komunikaciju sa investitorima, poslovnim partnerima, bankama itd. Jako je bitno da poslovni plan daje što realniju sliku budućnosti organizacije. Kod izrade dijagrama aktivnosti koriste se swimline tehnike koje vizualno razlikuju djeljenje posla i odgovornosti za podprocese. Swimline mogu biti smješteni vodoravno ili okomito te se razlikuju od drugih dijgrama po tome što se procesi i odluke vizualno grupiraju u trake. Paralelne linije djele grafikon na trake gdje je svaka traka za jednu osobu, grupu ili podproces. Trake služe kako bi se prikazalo kako je grafikon organiziran. Jako je bitno spomenuti i upravljanje poslovnim procesima kao sustavnom pristupu poboljšavanja poslovanja gdje je potrebno pronaći procese koji najviše usporavaju poslovanje. Less
Abstract (english)
In this final paper has done the analysis of the process of making a business plan. Also, an example, we have a model of a business plan and a diagram of the activities. A business plan is a document wich contains deeply developed analysis of business investing, analysis of future business results and possible solutions of the high risk situations. The purpose of every business plan is to help it's owners, managers and entrepreneurs to show their vision and to focus on the essential... More parts of the vision so they can explore current situations and assess opportunities for further development. Business plan also serves to communicate with other investors, business partners, banks, etc. It is very important that business plan gives the most realistic picture of the future of the organization. When creating the diagram of activity, we use swimline techniques, wich visualy differentiate the division of labor and responsibilities for subprocesses. Swimline tehniques can be placed horizontally or vertically and they are different from other diagrams because the processes and also decisions are visually grouped into strips. Parallel lines divide the chart into strips, and every stripe is for one person, group, or subprocess. Stripes are used to show how the chart is organized. It is very important to mention the concept of the business process management, wich represents a systematic approach for business improvement where it is necessary to find the processes that can slow down the business the most.
