Abstract
Rezultat revizije je revizorovo izvješće kojim revizor daje neovisno mišljenje da je financijski izvještaj društva sukladan odgovarajućim načelima, standardima i zakonskim propisima. Mišljenje revizora važan je dio revizorova izvješća jer pruža podlogu za ocjenu poslovanja društva od strane potencijalnih korisnika. Izvješćem revizor potvrđuje vjerodostojnost onog što je bilo predmet njegova ispitivanja. Revizor može dati pozitivno ili modificirano mišljenje. Osim revizorova mišljenja bitan dio izvješća čine ključna revizijska pitanja kojima se žele istaknuti pitanja koja su od najveće važnosti. Cilj rada bio je utvrđivanje koja su područja tijekom revizije financijskih izvještaja bila najrizičnija te koji su najčešći razlozi modifikacije mišljenja na temelju analize ključnih revizijskih pitanja. Analizom je utvrđeno da najveći udio otpada na pozitivno mišljenje dok 30% otpada na modificirano mišljenje. Prosječan broj izrečenih ključnih revizijskih pitanja iznosi 1,64 po izvješću. Najveći udio revidiranih izvješća na tržištu i dalje zauzima Velika četvorka.
Abstract (english)
The audit report is the end result of an audit in which auditor gives independent opinion that financial report of company is in accordance with relevant norms, standards and law regulations. Auditor opinion is important part of audit report because it provides base for evaluation of business for company managers and potential users. With report auditor confirms authenticity of what is subjected to scrutiny. Auditor can give positive or modified opinion. Essential part of audit report, apart from auditor opinion, are key audit matters that emphasize matters that were of most significance. The aim of the paper was to the determine which areas were the most risky during the audit of financial statements and which were the most common reasons for modifying the opinion based on the analysis of key audit matters. The analysis confirmed that the largest part belongs to a positive opinion while 30% belongs to a modified opinion. Average number of key audit matters is 1,64 per report. The Big Four hold the major market share in auditing financial statements.
