Abstract
DOP je koncept poduzeća koji se sve brže implementira i razvija, a izvještavanje o društvenoj odgovornosti i održivosti ulazi u naviku kao nova praksa tijekom poslovanja. DOP predstavlja široko definiran pojam. Njegovu definiciju objasnili su mnogi autori, udruge i organizacije, a jednostavno se može opisati kao dobrovoljna politika poslovanja koja podliježe interesima cijelog društva. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je osvijestiti značaj implementacije društveno odgovornog poslovanja u poduzećima te promovirati društvo kao što je AD Plastik, jer se njegovo poslovanje može uzeti za primjer dobre prakse. Istraživanje je provedeno na temelju anketnog upitnika Indeks DOP-a i na temelju Izvještaja o održivosti iz prethodnih godina. Usporedba rezultata po područjima koncepta dovodi do zaključka da AD Plastik ima adekvatno implementiranu praksu izvještavanja o DOP-u koju javno objavljuje na web stranicama poduzeća u obliku Izvještaja o održivosti.
Abstract (english)
CSR is an enterprise concept that is being implemented and developed more and more rapidly, and reporting on social responsibility and sustainability is becoming a habit as a new practice during business. CSR is a broadly defined term. Its definition has been explained by many authors, associations and organizations, and can simply be described as a voluntary business policy that is subject to the interests of society as a whole. The aim of this thesis was to raise awareness of the importance of implementing socially responsible business in companies and to promote a company such as AD Plastik, because its business can be taken as an example of good practice. The research was conducted on the basis of the CSR Index questionnaire and on the basis of the Sustainability Report from previous years. A comparison of the results by concept areas leads to the conclusion that AD Plastik has an adequately implemented CSR reporting practice, which it publishes on the company's website in the form of a Sustainability Report.
