Analysis and sustainability of investment in hostel capacity is done by developing an element of the business plan. In order to get an answer to the question of assessing the sustainability of investment in hostel capacity. The theoretical part of the paper defines the types of analysis and their main features. In the practical part of the work on the example of the hostel "MOS", general data and reasons for the emergence of an entrepreneurial idea are defined. The second phase is market analysis, which analyzes key trends in the hostel market, defines target market segments, analyzes competition and performs a SWOT analysis of the business venture. The third phase of the practical part of the work refers to the analysis of the marketing plan, ie the product is defined, which in this case is the accommodation and breakfast service, the price of the service and the ways in which the distribution and promotion of these services are carried out. As part of the fourth technical-technological phase of the analysis of hostel business, the structure and number of employees are described, and tangible and intangible assets, working capital and costs of employees and newly employed workers are listed. The location and its significance in the whole project are also defined. The fifth economic and financial analysis of the hostel "MOS" defines the total income and expenses on a five-year basis, data on sources of financing, depreciation, profit and loss account showing the business result of the hostel and the coverage point that defines the profitability thresholds. The last part tests the sensitivity of the project due to falling and rising costs, ie the project's resilience to risk. By performing all analyzes of business ventures, the opening of the hostel "MOS" is defined as a profitable entrepreneurial project that in all 5 years for which analyzes were performed determines a positive business result.
