Abstract
Ovaj završni rad temelji se na analizi i ocjeni isplativosti otvaranja inovativnog glamping kampa sa kućicama na drveću na području Dalmacije. Ispitana je cjelokupna ponuda tog područja te turistička potražnja. Glamping je postao progresivan turistički hit među ponudom selektivnih oblika turizma, sve je veći interes i broj turista koji biraju ovakvu vrstu odmora. Ovakav oblik odmora turistima istovremeno omogućava potpuno opuštanje i luksuz u prirodi. Rad se sastoji od četiri dijela- uvoda, teorijskog dijela (koji opisuje tržišnu, tehničko-tehnološku, ekonomsko-financijsku analizu te analizu rizika i osjetljivosti poslovanja), analize i procjene ulaganjana u glamping turističku ponudu te zaključka.
Abstract (english)
This final paper is based on investment profitability analysis and assessment of opening an innovative glamping camp with tree houses in Dalmatia. The entire supply of the area was examined and also, a tourism demand. Glamping has become a progressive tourist trend among the supply of selective forms of tourism, interest and number of tourists who choose this type of vacation is growing. This kind of vacation at the same time enables complete relaxation and luxury in nature. Paper consists of four parts - introduction, theoretical part (which explains market, technical-technological, economic-financial anylises and risk and sensibility anylises), analysis and evaluation of investments in glamping offer and conclusion.
