Abstract
Brz razvoj tehnologije interneta, pametnih telefona i društvenih medija promijenio je način funkcioniranja modernog društva i ostavio velik utjecaj na odnose s javnošću. Pojavile su se nove metode, mogućnosti i potencijalni problemi. Ovaj rad se fokusira na razlike između odnosa s javnošću u privatnom i javnom sektoru. Naglašava te razlike uspoređujući dvije studije slučaja; noćni klub "305" u privatnom sektoru i Studentski centar Split u javnom sektoru. Usporedbom se definira važnost unutarnjih odnosa, ključnih poruka, krizne komunikacije i stvaranja imidža. Metode odnosa s javnošću nude različita rješenja za poboljšanje svih trenutnih ili potencijalnih slabosti. Ova studija slučaja doprinosi boljem razumijevanju odnosa s javnošću u javnom i privatnom sektoru.
Abstract (english)
Immense and rapid development of internet, smartphones and social media changed the way modern society functions and had left a large impact on public relations. New methods, opportunities and potential problems emerged. This paper focuses on differences between public relations in private and public sector. It highlights those differences comparing two case studies; night club "305" in private sector and Studentski centar Split in public sector. Comparison defines the importance of internal relations, key messages, crisis communication and image making. This paper names both organisations public relations methods as well as offers different solutions to improve on any current or potential weakness. This studies was to contribute to better understanding of Public relations in public and private sector.
