Abstract
U radu se istražuju već postojeće teorije i stilovi vodstva i uspjeh na građevinskim projektima te se analizira postoji li povezanost između vodstva i uspjeha na projektima u građevinskom sektoru. Osnovna ideja rada je pokušati prikazati da postoji povezanost između ova dva navedena pojma (vodstvo i uspjeh na građevinskim projektima), gdje je potrebno naglasiti da je uspjeh na projektima jedna novija tematika u literaturi i nije još dovoljno razrađeno što čini uspjeh na projektima u konačnici. Vodstvo je također jedna vrlo dinamična varijabla koja se s vremenom mijenja i prilagođava i bitno je da voditelj projekta prilagodi svoj način vodstva prema aktualnom građevinskom projektu kako bi isti mogao biti uspješan. Svrha ovog rada se također ogleda u mogućoj primjeni dobivenih rezultata istraživanja prilikom planiranja koraka u različitim fazama građevinskog projekta. Istraživanje koje je provedeno moći će poslužiti svim praktičarima na građevinskim projektima koji jesu ili žele postati voditelji građevinskih projekata, kao i svim potencijalnim zaposlenicima u sektoru građevine.
Abstract (english)
The paper investigates existing theories and styles of leadership and success in construction projects and analyzes whether there is a connection between leadership and success in projects in the construction sector. The basic idea of the paper is to try to show that there is a connection between these two concepts (leadership and success in construction projects) where it is necessary to emphasize that success in projects is a newer topic in the literature and is not yet sufficiently elaborated what makes success in projects ultimately. Leadership is also a very dynamic variable that changes and adapts over time and it is important that the project manager adjusts his way of leadership according to the current construction project so that it can be successful. The purpose of this paper is also reflected in the possible application of the obtained research results when planning steps in different phases of the construction project. The research conducted will be able to serve all practitioners on construction projects who are or want to become construction project managers, as well as all potential employees in the construction sector.
