Abstract
Temeljna svrha i cilj rada je istražiti važnost utjecaja web stranica na ponašanje potrošača u pogledu planiranja putovanja te njihove odluke o kupnji, te analizirati obilježja dobrih web stranica, kao i analiza web stranica odabranih turističkih agencija (Magellan i Mondo). U svrhu ostvarivanja ciljeva ovog rada, provedeno je istraživanje sa korisnicima usluga navedenih stranica u obliku anketnog upitnika . Može se zaključiti da je potrošačima kod planiranja putovanja bitna mogućnost utroška manje vremena i jednostavnost rezervacije/kupovine. Što se tiče odluke o kupnji bitna je prezentacija konkretnih informacija relevantnih za planiranje putovanja, te sigurnost podataka.
Abstract (english)
The purpose and goal of the paper is to explore the importance of websites on consumer behavior in terms of travel planning and their purchasing decisions, and to analyze the characteristics of good websites, as well as analysis of websites of selected travel agencies (Magellan and Mondo). In order to achieve the goals of this paper, a survey was conducted with users of the services of these pages in the form of a survey questionnaire. It is concluded that the possibility of spending less time and ease of booking / purchase is important for consumers when planning a trip. Regarding the purchase decision, it is important to present specific information relevant to travel planning, and data security.
