Abstract
Funkcija glasnogovornika izuzetno je važna u odnosima s javnošću i kao takva zahtjeva određene odgovornosti. Izjave dane od strane glasnogovornika mogu biti od ključne važnosti za pravnu ili fizičku osobu koju zastupa, kako u pozitivnom, tako i u negativnom kontekstu. Glasnogovornik je dužan iznositi točne, potpune i provjerene informacije kako svojim izjavama ne bi doveo u pitanje pravo osobnosti onoga koga zastupa ili onoga na koga se izjava odnosi te na taj način počinio nematerijalnu štetu. U slučaju počinjenja nematerijalne štete glasnogovornik može odgovarati pred zakonom i za počinjenu štetu platiti određenu novčanu ili nenovčanu naknadu.
Abstract (english)
The function of spokesperson is extremely important in public relations and as such requires certain responsibilities. Statements made by a spokesperson can be crucial to the legal or natural person he or she represents, in both positive and negative contexts. The spokesperson is obliged to present accurate, complete and verified information so that his statements do not jeopardize the right to personality of the person he represents or the person to whom the statement refers and thus cause non-pecuniary damage. In the event of non-pecuniary damage, the spokesperson may be held liable before the law and pay certain monetary or non-monetary compensation for the damage caused.
