Abstract
U ovom istraživanju se ispituju faktori koji utječu na odlučivanje u kriznim situacijama kod upravljanja hotelima u Splitsko dalmatinskoj županiji. Rad daje uvid u postojanje brojnih razlika kod upravljanja hotelima, koje nastaju s obzirom na veličinu hotela, menadžment, kategorizaciju itd. U radu je objašnjeno što je krizni menadžment i koje su njegove temeljne strategije. Rezultati istraživanja u prikazanoj anketi ukazuju na važnost i ulogu menadžera u kriznoj situaciji. Oni moraju voditi brigu o svim negativnim efektima koji mogu ugroziti poduzeće. Dobra komunikacija bitna je za svaki poslovni uspjeh. Istraživanjem je utvrđeno da u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji postoji visoka razina posjedovanih znanja za upravljanje krizama, da veliki hoteli imaju implementirano krizno upravljanje, dok u manjim hotelima to najčešće nije slučaj te da menadžeri u velikim i kvalitetnijim hotelima posjeduju potrebna znanja za upravljanje krizama.
Abstract (english)
This research examines the factors that influence decision-making in crisis situations in hotel managmenet is Split-Dalmatia County. The paper provides insight into the existence of numerous differences in hotel managment, which arise with regard to hotel size, managment, categorization, etc. The paper explains what crisis managment is and wath its basic strategies are. The results of the research in the presented survey indicate the importance and role of managers in a crisis situation. They must take care of all the negative effects that can endanger to any business success. The research established that in the Split-Dalmatia County there is a hihg level of knowledge for crisis managment, that large hotels have implemented crisis managment, while in smaller hotels this is usually not the case and that managers in large and better hotels have the necessary knowledge for crisis managment.
