Behavior is the central notion of socialization and relationships with other people, and it is under the influence of various internal and external factors. Workplave behavior is different from an individual's everyday behavior. Work behavior implies formal behavior of an individual and his ability to contribute to organizational goals, creating pleasant work atmosphere and encouraging innovation and diligence of employees through verbal and non verbal activities together with other employees. Work behavior can be separated into desirable and undesirable. The presence of a dark triad of personalities affects human relationships and encourages counterproductive work behavior. Dark triad represents a construct made of independent overlapping personality traits. Machiavellianism, narcissism and psychopathy are main components of the dark triad, and their presence within organizations represents threath to enterprise itself. The aim of this paper was to investigate the relationships between the component of the dark triad and work behavior. In the theoretical part, using the available data, an attempt was made to define the concept of the dark triad as well as the concept of work behavior. Also, the importance and significance of the influence of dark triad on work behavior is emphasized, as well as deviant behavior that arises as consequence of dark triad. This paper also sets research hypotheses based on the studied literature and data collected from various sources. With analysis survey results, paper tries to examine are the hypotheses true or not true.
