Abstract
Kanali distribucije proizvoda osiguranja su načini na koji se proizvodi osiguranja prodaju kupcima. U Republici Hrvatskoj danas postoji 15 društava za osiguranje i reosiguranje koji svojim distribucijskim kanalima svojim klijentima nude proizvode životnog i neživotnog osiguranja. Najpoznatiji među posredničkim kanalima distribucije osiguranja su zastupnici u osiguranju, agencije i brokeri u osiguranju. Glavna razlika između brokera u osiguranju i zastupnika u osiguranju je ta što brokeri predstavljaju zastupnike ugovaratelja osiguranja, dok su zastupnici predstavnici društava za osiguranje. Isto tako bankoosiguranje se navodi kao jedan od vodećih kanala distribucije proizvoda osiguranja. Ovaj kanal predstavlja sinergiju između kreditnih institucija, odnosno banaka i društava za osiguranje. Osim posredničkim kanalima distribucije i bankoosiguranjem proizvodi osiguranja mogu se plasirati i internet prodajom. Od svih navedenih kanala u Republici Hrvatskoj najveći udio zauzimaju zastupnici u osiguranju, koji uživaju povjerenje klijenata i tako dokazuju da su jedan od najuspješnijih kanala prodaje proizvoda osiguranja.
Abstract (english)
Distribution channels of insurance products are ways which insurance products are being sold to its customers. Today, there are 15 insurance companies operating in Republic of Croatia and offer life and non-life insurance products throughout their distribution channels. Most recognized within intermediary channels are brokers and internal agents as well as agencies. The main difference between brokers and internal agents is that the brokers are representatives of an policyholder while internal agents are representatives of an insurer. Also, there is bancassurance as one of the leading channels of insurance distribution. This channel represents synergy between credit institutions and insurance companies. Insurance products can also be sold via Internet channel, too. From all stated channels in Republic of Croatia, internal agents take the highest share in the written premiums, proving themselves as most successful distribution channel of insurance products.
