Abstract
U ovom radu istraženi su rizici profesionalnih bolesti i načini upravljanja rizicima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Analizom je utvrđeno kako najčešće obolijevaju osobe srednje i starije životne dobi i to u prerađivačkoj industriji, djelatnostima poljoprivrede, šumarstva i rudarstva te djelatnici zdravstvene zaštite i socijalne skrbi. Pomoću norme ISO 31000 daju se generičke upute za upravljanje rizicima, ali istovremeno, ona ne promiče jedinstveno upravljanje rizikom u svim organizacijama. Prilikom... More sastavljanja i provedbe plana upravljanja rizikom potrebno je uzeti u obzir sve elemente poslovanja. Također, metodom intervjua istražen je utjecaj profesionalnih bolesti u zdravstvu na primjeru ordinacije obiteljske medicine. Analizirane su potencijalne profesionalne bolesti u zdravstvu te njihov negativan utjecaj na zdravstveno osoblje. Profesionalne bolesti u zdravstvu se rijetko dokazuju, a u slučaju dokazivanja, zbog preopterećenosti liječnika, nemaju kome prepustiti svoje pacijente. Gotovo 50 posto profesionalnih bolesti zdravstvenih djelatnika svrstava se u biološke čimbenike, a najčešće oboljenje odnosi se na zarazne bolesti. Problem zdravstvenog osoblja očituje se i kroz učestalo sjedenje, ponavljanje identičnih radnji, preosjetljivosti kože, raznima alergijama te dišnim bolestima. Kako bi se smanjila profesionalna oboljenja, zdravstveno osoblje pridržava se mjera propisanih internom procedurom. Česta dezinfekcija ruku, nošenje zaštitne odjeće, steriliziranje radnog alata, izvođenje kratkotrajnih vježbi, samo su jedni od načina sprječavanja nastanka profesionalnih bolesti. Less
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the risks of occupational diseases and ways of risk management in the Republic of Croatia are investigated. The analysis established that middle-aged and elderly people are most often affected in the manufacturing industry, agriculture, forestry and mining, as well as health care and social care workers. The ISO 31000 standard provides generic guidelines for risk management, but at the same time, it does not promote uniform risk management in all organizations. When... More compiling and implementing a risk management plan, it is necessary to take into account all elements of the business. Also, the method of interviews was used to investigate the impact of occupational diseases in health care on the example of a family medicine practice. Potential occupational diseases in health care and their negative impact on health care staff were analyzed. Occupational diseases in healthcare are rarely proven, and in the case of proof, due to the overload of doctors, they have no one to leave their patients to. Nearly 50 percent of occupational diseases of health professionals are classified as biological factors, and the most common disease is related to infectious diseases. The problem of medical staff is also manifested through frequent sitting, repeating identical actions, skin hypersensitivity, various allergies and respiratory diseases. In order to reduce occupational diseases, medical staff adheres to the measures prescribed by the internal procedure. Frequent disinfection of hands, wearing protective clothing, sterilizing work tools, performing short-term exercises, are just some of the ways to prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases.
