Abstract
Poduzetnička ideja otvaranja restorana ,,Big and small“ prikazana je kroz izradu investicijskog projekta da bi se dokazala financijska opravdanosti pružila osnova za donošenje odluke o investiranju u djelatnost ugostiteljstva. Izrada investicijskog projekta poduzetniku daje realan pogled na potrebna ulaganja i očekivane rezultate u budućnosti. Potrebno je sagledati sve tržišne, operativne i financijske elemente održivosti da bi se poduzetnik uopće mogao upustiti u realizaciju takvog projekta. Uvidom u investicijski projekt otvaranja restorana ,,Big and small“ može se zaključiti da je ideja otvaranja ovakvog tipa ugostiteljskog objekta ostvariva. Projekt je tijekom promatranih godina eksploatacije ostvarivao dobit i stoga je financijski isplativ. Korištenjem različitih metoda ocjene učinkovitosti projekta zaključeno je da je projekt profitabilan.
Abstract (english)
The entrepreneurial idea of opening a restaurant "Big and small" was presented through the development of an investment project to prove financial justification and provide a basis for making a decision on investing in the hospitality industry. Creating an investment project gives the entrepreneur a realistic view of the necessary investments and expected results in the future. It is necessary to consider all the market, operational and financial elements of sustainability in order for the entrepreneur to be able to enter into the implementation of such a project. According to the insight into the investment project of opening the restaurant "Big and small", it can be concluded that the idea of opening this type of catering facility is feasible. The project made a profit during the observed years of exploitation and therefore it is financially viable. Using different methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the project, it was concluded that the project is profitable.
