The paper analyzes a process called dropshipping. The introduction defines the problems and subjects of research together with the objectives, contribution, research methods and content of the thesis. After getting acquainted with the traditional method of business, a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional method was performed. Then the dropshipping method is described, which pre-requirements and requirements need to be met in order for the job to be realized as well as comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of this method. This was followed by a chapter on business process modeling where it describes what a business process is and what modeling is, what its purpose is, what the BPMN 2.0 standard is and how it was used to create a distribution model from the aspect of three roles. The risks that accompany each stakeholder in the process and the illegal practices that accompany dropshipping are defined and what to do to prevent the problems from occurring. Finally, the future of dropshipping was analyzed and how it will potentially differ from dropshipping today.
