Sustainable development is development that satisfy the needs of today's generations, without compromising the ability of future generations to satisfy their needs. The refore, in order to enable sustainable development, companies need to behave socially responsibly. Socially responsible behavior should be pursued in all areas of business: towards employees, environment, society, community, through the use of biodegradable materials, economic use of raw materials, etc. Increased market saturation leads to coustomer empowerment. Thar is why companies should differentiate themselves from competitors in order to attract customers. The ethical behavior of the company greatly contributes to the reputation that the company is gaining, and buying decission is increasingly based on the recommendations of others. A company that shows concern for the environment and society will be in better position than companies that do not practice socially responsible business activities. This paper aimed to determine the impact of socially responsible business on customer behavior. The research findings confirm that although the awareness of consumers about the activities of socially responsible business is insufficient, the product of a socially responsible company will always be preferred. The fact that a company understands and accepts the responsibility it has towards society leads to the creation of greater value for its products. It is important to focus on educating cousumers, which will contribute to their increased purchase of products produced in a socially responsible way.
