Abstract
U ovom radu je provedena analiza podataka o kreditnom financiranju MSP sektora u normalnim i kriznim vremenima u izabranim članicama Europske unije. Promatrano je kretanje ukupno odobrenih kredita kod dvije kategorije kredita i to kredita gdje je maksimalni pojedinačni iznos kredita 0,25 milijuna eura te kredita gdje je maksimalni pojedinačni iznos kredita 1 milijun eura ili manje, a više 0,25 milijuna eura. Obuhvaćan je period od 2010./2011. do 2020. godine. Što se tiče kriznih vremena, drastične su razlike između krize iz 2007/2008 i aktualne krize. Naime, kod prve krize, kod svih članica za koje se mogao donijeti zaključak, ukupno odobreni krediti su padali i to kod obje promatrane kategorije. S druge strane, u 2020. godini, koja je za većinu članica dovela do pada stope realnog BDP-a većeg nego ikad, ukupno odobreni krediti su rasli, kod obje promatrane kategorije. Zaključak je kako je Europska unija bila spremnija na aktualnu krizu u odnosu na krizu iz 2007./2008. te da su kreditno financiranje većinom nosile javne financijske institucije koja su nužna sredstva povukle iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj.
Abstract (english)
This research analyzed the credit finance data of the SME sector in normal and times of crisis in the selected EU countries. I looked at the movement of total loans granted in two categories of loans, where the maximum individual loan amount is 0.25 million euros and loans where the maximum individual loan amount is 1 million euros or less. The analysis covered the period from 2010/2011 to 2020. There are drastic differences between the 2007/2008 crisis and the current crisis. In fact, in all the members for whom a conclusion could be reached at the first crisis, the total loans granted dropped in both observed categories. On the other hand, in 2020, which for most members led to a drop in the rate of real GDP higher than ever, total loans granted grew, in both categories observed. The conclusion is that the European Union was more prepared for the ongoing crisis than the 2007-2008 crisis and that credit financing was carried mainly by public financial institutions that withdrew funds from the European Regional Development Fund.
