Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazan je razvoj hrvatskog tržišta kapitala, uvrštene dionice i obveznice na Zagrebačkoj burzi, ali se i ukazalo na slučajeve prijevara i manipulacija koje se događaju na hrvatskom tržištu kapitala. HANFA kao regulatorna ustanova nastoji spriječiti prijevare i manipulacije na financijskim tržištima. Međutim, slučajevi tvrtke Capys, INE i Riječke banke pokazuje da prevaranti i manipulatori uvijek pronađu način da pobjegnu regulatorima i prevare neupućene i nedovoljno oprezne investitore.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis presents the development of the Croatian capital market, listed shares and bonds on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, but also points out cases of fraud and manipulation that occur on the Croatian capital market. HANFA (The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency - CFSSA), as a regulatory institution, seeks to prevent fraud and manipulation at the financial markets. However, the cases of Capys, INA and Riječka banka show that fraudsters and manipulators always find a way to escape regulators and deceive uninformed and insufficiently wary investors.
