Abstract
Organizacija je ključni pojam svakog uspješnog poduzeća. Usklađivanje svih resursa i pravilno korištenje istih je ono što svaki poslodavac želi postići u svome poduzeću. U slučaju loše organizacije poduzeće postaje ne produktivno, poslovni rezultati poduzeća su loši, konkurencija postaje profitabilnija itd. Svako poduzeće želi izbjeći prethodno navedene situacije, stoga je bitno da prije samog početka prouči tržište rada, odredi svoje potencijalne kupce te ciljeve, misiju i viziju. U ovom završnom radu obradit će se organizacija poslovanja poduzeća Ba-com d.o.o. Poduzeće Ba-com d.o.o osim svoje centralne poslovnice u Splitu, posjeduje poslovnice i u drugim dijelovima Hrvatske, posebno na području Dalmacije. U radu će se prikazati organizacijska struktura poduzeća te će se opisati kako je u poduzeću organizirana nabava i prodaja robe.
Abstract (english)
Organization is a key concept of any successful business. Aligning all resources and using them properly is what every employer wants to achieve in their company. In case of poor organization the company becomes unproductive, business results are bad, competition becomes more profitable, etc. Every company wants to avoid the aforementioned situations, so it is important to research the labor market, determine its potential customers and goals, mission and vision. In this final paper, the business organization of the company Ba-com d.o.o. will be discussed. The company Ba-com d.o.o besides its central office in Split, has outlets in other parts of the Croatian, especially in Dalmatia. The paper will present the organizational structure of the company and describe how the procurement and sale of goods is organized in the company.
