Abstract
Konačno, cilj rada bio je prikazati specifičnosti računovodstvenih politika unutar djelatnosti trgovine na malo. Za potrebe ovog rada istraživalo se na uzorku od 30 poduzeća s internetske stranice RGFI-javna objava. U prvom dijelu se teorijski obrađuje zakon o računovodstvu i trgovinu na malo te je posebna pozornost predata razlici između mikro, malih, srednjih i velikih poduzeća. Računovodstvene politike su detaljnije prikazane i objašnjene u drugom dijelu rada. Poduzeća su podijeljena na mala, srednja i velika unutar djelatnosti trgovine na malo te su uspoređene njihove imovine, izvore, prihode i rashode. Zatim smo ih podijelili prema posebnim zahtjevima tj. na Hrvatske standarde financijskih izvještaja(HSFI) i na Međunarodne standarde financijskih izvještaja(MSFI) budući da su računovodstvene politike tim zahtjevima i uvjetovane. U ovom slučaju može se zaključiti da većina izabranih poduzeća provodi Hrvatske standarde financijskog izvještavanja . U sastavljanju financijskih izvještaja uprava je odgovorna.
Abstract (english)
In conclusion , the aim of this paper was to present, in the best possible way, specifics of accounting policies within retail businesses. For the purposes of this paper, a sample of 30 companies from the RGFI-public disclosure website was examined. The first part deals with the law on accounting and retail trade, special attention is paid to the difference between micro, small, medium and large enterprises. Accounting policies are presented and explained in more details in the second part of the paper. Enterprises are divided into small, medium and large within the retail trade activity, and their assets, sources, revenues and expenditures are compared. We then divided them according to special requirements, ie Croatian Financial Reporting Standards (HSFI) and International Financial Reporting Standards (MSFI), since accounting policies are also conditioned by these requirements. In this case, it can be concluded that most of the selected companies implement Croatian Financial Reporting Standards. Management is responsible for the preparation of its financial statements.
